One Piece Card Game Starter Deck ST-03 - The Seven Warlords Of The Sea-

This was one of the first four Starter Decks released for the One Piece Card Game. A Super Pre-Release version was available at the SPR event in Oct-Nov 22, and the normal release version was first available in Dec 2022.

The set features a Blue leader that can send cards back to the opponent’s hand. Many of the cards also feature removal or “send-back” mechanics.
